Budgeting: Initial budgeting experience acquired as Financial Director for the Central American Operations of Bristol-Myers Squibb in Mexico. Early budget consulting experience was as a member of a World Bank team that prepared the fiscal budget of Peru. Many budgeting assignments performed subsequently in public health and other sectors.
